Travelling to Barcelona
Barcelona’s El Prat Airport is 12km from the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The journey by taxi should take between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic. There are taxi ranks outside all the main terminals.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings may be transferred to a colleague at no extra charge.
- Notice of cancellations or transfers of bookings must be given in writing.
- For cancellations received by 4th September fees will be refunded in full.
- For cancellations received by the 4th October, there will be a 50% refund.
- There will be no refund for cancellations received after the 4th October or cancellations where no written notice of cancellation is received.
